FAQ

What are the differences between Dual, tri and quad meets?

The names refer to how many teams are participating in the meet. For instance, a dual meet will only have two teams wrestling, a Tri will have three teams wrestling and a Quad meet will have 4 teams wrestling. In these instances, every team will wrestle each team once.

How will i know when my kid will wrestle at an individual tournament?

The simple answer is… You won’t know. Individual tournaments start whenever the hosting school is ready to begin. These tournaments are often held up by the referees being late, other teams being late and sometimes by the Track Wrestling system. Once the tournament begins, your wrestler will have to watch for mat assignments. These usually can be found projected on a screen at the event or on Track Wrestling (http://www.trackwrestling.com/).

What is track wrestling?

Track Wresting is a website where most major wrestling events are tracked. You can search for the event, look at the brackets and wrestlers, check mat assignments, and check on the status of matches.
